Meet Kenneth "Bubba" Benedicto, the founder and owner of L.O.O.K. Home Inspections. Bubba is a highly experienced CMI with a passion for providing top-tier service to his clients. Prior to starting his own company, he worked for one of the DMV's top-rated home inspection companies for three years, where he honed his skills and gained invaluable experience.
With over two thousand completed home inspections under his belt, Bubba is well-versed in all aspects of home inspection, from identifying potential issues to providing detailed same day reports using the best home inspection software, Spectora. But what sets Bubba apart is his commitment to providing professional yet personable service. He understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience, and he goes out of his way to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Bubba is also a veteran, having served 8 years in the Navy and 4 years in the Army Reserves for a combined 12 years of service. He takes great pride in his service to his country and brings the same level of dedication and commitment to his work at L.O.O.K. Home Inspections.
When he's not working, Bubba enjoys spending time with his family of six. He founded L.O.O.K. Home Inspections with the goal of providing a company that offers professional and personable service, and he is committed to upholding that vision every day.
